When you install Adobe Premiere Elements, a dialog box asking for administrator credentials to install AdobeApplicationManager(URI Handler)appears. This issue typically occurs when Adobe Premiere Elements installation is in progress.
Solution: Provide administrator credentials to complete installation
To complete the installation Adobe Premiere Elements, provide the credentials of a user who is an administrator on the computer.
