Adobe Photoshop Elements editor crashes on several systems when exporting the output from features like Moving Elements, Moving Overlays, and Moving Photos as an MP4 file.
To fix this issue, follow the given steps:
Select the Download button.
Select vcredist_x64.exe from the list of available options > Select Next.
Once the file gets downloaded, double-click on the file to install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package.
Restart the system.
After performing this troubleshooting, you should not experience a crash issue further while exporting the MP4 files.
