Acrobat crashes if an ImageRight plugin older than version 25.1.1.206 is installed.
To resolve this, update ImageRight to version 25.1.1.206 or later. If the issue persists, disable or uninstall the plugin and relaunch Acrobat.
- To disable the ImageRight plugin, update Acrobat to the latest version, then go to Menu > Preferences, select Plugins from the left menu, select the Disable ImageRight Plugin checkbox, and then select OK.
- To uninstall ImageRight, go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features, select ImageRight Adobe Plug-In, and select Uninstall.
