Launch Photoshop Elements.
Explore popular AI powered features in one convenient place.
The AI mode brings together generative AI and editing features in a single room, making it easier to discover and use the features available in Photoshop Elements. Generate images, enhance image quality, add AI-generated objects, remove distractions, and perform common editing tasks without switching between multiple workspaces.
Open the AI mode
Select AI from the mode selector.
Do one of the following:
- To create a new image, select Generate Image from the panel on the right.
- To work with an existing image, select Open, choose the image you want to edit, and then select Open. You can also use the Open drop-down menu to access recently used files and additional file options, or choose File > Open.
Opening an image displays the available features in the panel on the right.
Generate Image is available even if you haven't added any media to the AI mode.
Available tools
The AI mode provides quick access to the following features and tools.
Generative AI features use generative credits. Photoshop Elements includes 25 credits per month, while the Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements (PEPE) bundle includes 100 credits per month.
