Try these solutions to resolve issues with your personal profile being unavailable after upgrading to Adobe Express for Teams.

After upgrading to Adobe Express for Teams, users are expected to log in with their business profile. If your personal profile is not available as a selection during login, it may be due to automatic profile selection settings. To regain access to your personal profile, follow these steps:

  1. Once you're logged in, go to Account and Security > Sign-in and Security.

  2. Turn off the Select my profile automatically option.

  3. Log out and attempt to log in.

Disabling automatic profile selection allows you to choose between your personal and business profiles when signing in.
