System requirements for the latest release:

InCopy 2026 (versions 21.0 to 21.2)

Applicable for: InCopy 2026 version 21.0 release and later.

Processor	Multicore Intel processor (with 64-bit support) or AMD Athlon® 64 processor. Advanced Vector Extensions 2 (AVX2) Support required. Note It is not possible to install the 21.x versions on Intel® 3rd Generation of processors or older (as well as older AMD processors).
Operating system	Windows 10 (64-bit) Windows 11 (64-bit) Supported on Windows 10 versions 21H2, 22H2, and Windows 11 versions 23H2, 24H2.
RAM	Minimum 8 GB of RAM (16 GB recommended)
Hard disk	3.6 GB of available hard-disk space for installation Additional free space required during installation (cannot install on removable flash storage devices) SSD recommended
Monitor resolution	1024 x 768 display (1920 X 1080 recommended), HiDPI display support.
Internet connection	Internet connection and registration are necessary for required software activation, validation of subscriptions, and access to online services.¹
