Learn how to share your designs for review and access feedback comments from reviewers within InDesign.
As an InDesign author or designer in an organization, you may coordinate with multiple stakeholders before publishing your creative content. With Share for Review, you can seamlessly manage the collaboration process and get to completion faster.
As part of collaboration with your stakeholders, you can use the following three workflows:
Online sharing
You can share snapshots of your designs with your peers for easy collaboration. Share your designs for review, manage your shared links, and use the same URL for multiple shared workflows.

Online review
When you share a design for review, reviewers receive notification in email and the Creative Cloud application. Reviewers can access the review on any web browser and add comments. As a reviewer, you can use pin and drawing tools to annotate your comment and provide better context for the designer.

In-app feedback management
As a designer, you can launch the shared designs in InDesign to view comments posted by reviewers. The comments shared by reviewers flow back into the InDesign application. As a prerequisite, save the design before viewing comments.
