Issue: An error occurs when you attempt to uninstall an Adobe product
When you attempt to uninstall an Adobe application right after uninstalling another Adobe product, the uninstallation process doesn't start.
Solution
The process AdobeIPCBroker.exe can prevent two consecutive uninstallations of Adobe products. Do one of the following:
- Wait for 10-15 minutes and then attempt to uninstall the software.
- Open Task Manager and terminate the AdobeIPCBroker.exe process from your list of running processes.
Once AdobeIPCBroker.exe is no longer an active process, attempt to uninstall Adobe software again.
