This Guided Edit is a walkthrough on adjusting the brightness, contrast, and color in your video clips. To adjust these settings in your video clips using this Guided edit, follow these steps:

Adjusting Various Properties - Guided Edit

Select Add Media to import the video clip you want to enhance. Ignore if the video clip is already present on the timeline.

Select the option to import media.

Select Guided > Fix brightness, contrast, and color.

To adjust your video clip, select it. Select to select the video clip.

The CTI appears once the clip is selected.

Select Adjust panel to adjust selected settings.

Select Lighting to adjust the brightness and contrast.  

Adjust Lighting

Select a thumbnail in the adjustments panel's grid to preview the brightness change. Similarly, select the Contrast and Exposure tab and select a thumbnail to adjust the same.

Select More and drag the sliders for more precise adjustment.

Note

Select Auto Levels and Auto Contrast to adjust the clip's brightness and contrast.

Select Color in the Adjustments panel to open the Color section. You can adjust the hue, lightness, saturation, and vibrance in the Color tab.

Select a thumbnail in the grid to preview the change.
