Explore the new Color Match tool in Quick and Advanced modes. Choose from built-in presets or use a video of your own to match the color and create a consistent look across your clips. Further, fine-tune the luminance, color strength, saturation, hue, and brightness of the result in the Advanced mode.
Apply Color Match in Quick Mode
Select one or more media file(s) in the timeline.
Access the Color Match tool using either of the given workflows:
- Select Tools menu > Color Match
- Open the Tools panel > Select Color Match
A separate Color Match workspace will open.
Choose from built-in presets to match the color and create a consistent look across your clips.
- Select the Entire timeline to apply the Color Match to the entire timeline.
- Select Selected clip(s) to apply the Color Match to specific clips of your video.
Toggle the Preview button to check before and after view of your video.
Within the Select Preset tab > Select the built-in presets to apply the Color Match and select Apply.
Select Save to save the project, or select Export and Share to export your video locally or share on social platforms.
Apply Color Match in Advanced Mode
Select Add Media to add the desired media for applying Color Match.
Access the Color Match tool using either of the given workflows:
- Select Tools menu > Color Match
- Open the Tools panel > Select Color Match
A separate Color Match workspace will open.
Within the Color Match panel, choose either of the desired workflows:
- Within the Select Preset tab > Select the built-in presets to apply the Color Match. Select Continue.
- In the Select from Timeline tab, Reference shows the entire video timeline. Move the slider to select a frame from the timeline that you'd like to use as a reference for the Color Match. Select Continue.
Toggle the Preview button to check before and after view of your video.
Further, fine-tune the luminance, color strength, saturation, hue, and brightness of the result in the Advanced mode.
Luminance slider will be disabled if the Preserve Luminance checkbox is selected.
You can select Back if you want to go to the previous step to reselect the reference frame.
Select the Apply button to apply Color Match to your video.
Within the Applied Effects panel, you can further fine-tune the luminance, color strength, saturation, hue, and brightness of your video using intensity sliders. Select the Delete effect icon to remove the Color Match effect.
Select Save to save the project, or select Export and Share to export your video locally or share on social platforms.
