New releases missing from Apps panel

Learn what to do when a new version of an app doesn't appear in the Creative Cloud desktop app.

Creative Cloud apps are facing activation or caching issues

Signing out and signing back in can reset the Creative Cloud desktop app and activate all the installed apps and services that are associated with your account.

Go to the Account menu in the upper right corner and select Sign out.

The Account menu icon available at the top-right corner of the Creative Cloud desktop app provides the option to sign out.
Signing out from Creative Cloud desktop app also signs you out of your Creative Cloud apps.

Sign in to your Adobe account again.

If this doesn’t resolve your issue, download the latest version of the app manually from the Creative Cloud apps catalog page.
