Adobe Muse lets you add videos to web page background. Typically, video backgrounds are added set to auto-play on loading a page. Video backgrounds can contribute to highly inspirational web content.
The Background Video widget in Adobe Muse lets you add video background to a web page with a few clicks. The widget is fully configurable, and requires you to supply a YouTube or Vimeo video URL.

In Adobe Muse, select Window > Library to open the Library panel. If you haven't already done so, click the
button, and import the Background Video widget.

YouTube/Vimeo Video URL
Specify URL of the Vimeo or YouTube video you want to add as the video background. Ensure that you copy the full URL in to the video URL field.
For example, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8eDuupJ9Uus.
Audio Volume
Specify audio volume level for the video background. If you want to mute the audio, set the volume to zero.
Hide Video (Design Time)
Lets you stop the video from playing when you're designing and when you preview the site. The Hide Video option can be helpful, when you want to make changes to the site and preview, but do not want the video background to load each time.
Allow Video Controls
You can enable playback controls for the video background. The controls are visible when a site visitor hovers over the video area.
