Use the artboard context menu

Select the Artboard   tool from the toolbar or press Shift + O.

Select one or more artboards on the canvas.

Right-click (Windows) or control-click (macOS) the selected artboard to open the artboard context menu.

From the menu, choose any of the following options to manage your artboards:

• Cut: Remove the selected artboard from the canvas.
• Copy: Copy the selected artboard, without removing it from the canvas.
• Paste: Place the copied or cut artboard at the cursor location or within the visible canvas area.
• Undo Ungroup: Revert the last ungroup action and restore the grouped state of your artboards.
• Redo: Repeat the last undone action performed on an artboard, such as resizing or moving it.
• New Artboard: Create a new artboard on the canvas.
• Duplicate Artboards: Make copies of the selected artboard(s) including artwork.
• Rename: Rename the selected artboard(s).
• Delete Artboards: Delete the selected artboard(s) from your document.
• Delete Empty Artboards: Delete all artboards that have no artwork.
• Generate Expand: Expand generative artwork on the selected artboard to editable vector shapes.
• Select All Artboards: Select every artboard in the document for global operations.
• Lock Artboards: Expand this submenu to lock or unlock artboards to prevent accidental edits.
• Rearrange: Open the artboard rearrangement dialog to organize artboards.
• Fit to Artwork Bounds: Resize selected artboards to fit tightly around their artwork.
• Switch Orientation: Toggle an artboard’s orientation between portrait and landscape.
• Artboard Options: Open the options dialog for more artboard settings, including background colors and size.
• Export: Export the selected artboards with customizable export settings.
