Run a manual refresh anytime you need Adobe Acrobat Analyzer to match your latest Microsoft SharePoint content.
Refresh your SharePoint-linked collections to the most current state by manually refreshing the connection. A manual refresh pulls in new, updated, or removed documents from your connected SharePoint folders so your workspace in Adobe Acrobat Analyzer stays aligned with the source.
LiveSync automatically runs a Delta Sync every hour to keep your dataset up to date. Manual refreshes should be rare and are most helpful right after you add or update content in the SharePoint folder that you need to evaluate immediately.
How to initiate a resynchronization of your SharePoint linked collection
-
-
Hover over your SharePoint account.
-
Select the Refresh button.
-
Choose between:
- Delta Sync - Use this for routine updates when only new or modified documents need to be synchronized. It's the fastest option and ideal for daily or frequent refreshes.
- Full Resync - Use this when:
- Large numbers of documents have changed
- Folder structure or permissions were updated
- You want to rebuild the entire data view in Acrobat Analyzer
A full resync may take longer, especially for large SharePoint folders.
-
Confirm to start the synchronization process.
During the refresh, progress indicators and status messages display updates until the sync completes.
Refreshing a synchronized folder may take time depending on the size and complexity of your SharePoint content.
