View a dashboard that summarizes your documents, collections, and attributes to help you quickly understand trends and data distribution.

The Analytics page aggregates key metrics and visual reports to help you understand how your documents, collections, and attributes are distributed and changing over time.

Analytics dashboards give you immediate visibility into your data.

Access the Analytics page

Select Analytics from the main navigation.

What the Analytics page shows

Summary metrics

The Analytics page displays four key metrics that provide a snapshot of your environment:

  • Total documents available to you through uploaded or linked collections. Shared collections and sample collections are not included.
  • Documents from uploaded or linked collections added in the last 7 days.
  • Total collections in your view, including uploaded, linked, and shared collections. Sample collections are not included.
  • Total active attributes, including system-provided and custom attributes.

Data visualizations

These reports help you compare activity and distribution across your data:

  • Total documents over time (last 90 days). A line chart showing total document count over the last 90 days.
  • Number of documents by collection. A bar chart showing the number of documents by collection.
    • Includes Uploaded and Linked collections. Does not include shared or sample collections.
  • Number of collections by type, a chart showing distribution across collection types.
  • Number of active attributes by type, a chart showing the breakdown of attribute types.

Interacting with reports

Hover over charts to view detailed values for specific data points.

Analytics visualizations support inspection only and don't include filtering, editing, or drill-down actions.

Use the Analytics page when you want to:

  • Get a quick overview of your document volume.
  • Understand how files are distributed across collections.
  • Review the types of attributes in use.
  • Track changes in document volume over time.
