Share extracted attribute data with teammates so they can review results, analyze values, or use the data in their own workflows. Adobe Acrobat Analyze doesn’t share individual attributes directly, but you can share the attribute results through documents, collections, or exported files.
When you share a document in Acrobat Analyze, the recipient can see all extracted attributes for that file.
Select the Documents tab from the top navigation.

Select the document you want to share.
Choose Share.
Enter the email addresses of the coworkers you want to include.
Set their access level.
Send the invitation.
Shared users can view the document and all extracted attributes, including attribution links.
Collections provide the easiest way for teams to review attributes across multiple documents.
Select the Documents tab from the top navigation.
Select the Collections tab.
Hover your pointer over the collection you want to share.
Select Share.
Add teammates as viewers or editors.
Share to grant access.

If your coworkers only need the extracted values—not the documents—you can share the data through CSV export.
Select one or more documents or a collection.
Choose Export attributes.
Select the attributes to include.
Download and share the CSV file.
