Log in to Acrobat Sign and launch the Adobe Acrobat Analyzer from the Home page tile.
Easily share attribute insights across your team using documents, collections, or CSV exports.
Share extracted attribute data with teammates so they can review results, analyze values, or use the data in their own workflows. Adobe Acrobat Analyze doesn’t share individual attributes directly, but you can share the attribute results through documents, collections, or exported files.
Share documents that contain extracted attributes
When you share a document in Acrobat Analyze, the recipient can see all extracted attributes for that file.
-
-
Select the Documents tab from the top navigation.
All of the files are shown by default.
-
Select the document you want to share.
-
Choose Share.
-
Enter the email addresses of the coworkers you want to include.
-
Set their access level.
-
Send the invitation.
Shared users can view the document and all extracted attributes, including attribution links.
Share collections to collaborate on attribute results
Collections provide the easiest way for teams to review attributes across multiple documents.
-
Sign in to Adobe Acrobat Sign and select the Adobe Acrobat Analyzer tile from the Home page.
-
Select the Documents tab from the top navigation.
-
Select the Collections tab.
-
Hover your pointer over the collection you want to share.
-
Select Share.
-
Add teammates as viewers or editors.
-
Share to grant access.
Sharing a collection allows coworkers to:
- View extracted attributes for each document.
- Search and filter by attribute values.
- Export attribute data.
- Validate or review extraction (if they have the necessary access).
This is ideal for review cycles, multi-document analysis, or team workflows that rely on attribute consistency.
Share attribute data using exports
If your coworkers only need the extracted values—not the documents—you can share the data through CSV export.
-
Select one or more documents or a collection.
-
Choose Export attributes.
-
Select the attributes to include.
-
Download and share the CSV file.
The CSV includes:
- Attribute values
- Attribution links
- Explanations (when available)
Exports are useful for reporting, spreadsheets, audits, and downstream automation.
When to share extracted attribute values
Share attribute data when coworkers need to:
- Review the extracted information.
- Compare documents based on the same attributes.
- Build operational or compliance reports.
- Validate accuracy during a review cycle.
- Analyze trends or patterns across a group of documents.
Sharing ensures your entire team works from the same structured data.
Notes about permissions
- Sharing a document or collection does not give coworkers the ability to edit your custom attributes.
- They can view extracted data but cannot change attribute definitions unless they have attribute-management permissions.
- Validation options (marking correct/incorrect) depend on user role and workspace access.
