How to prevent the output as PDF Portfolio when converting Email to PDF using PDFMaker?

When you convert an Email to a PDF using Acrobat PDFMaker by either navigating to Adobe PDF> Selected Messages or Right-click any email and select Convert to Adobe PDF, the default output generated is PDF Portfolio.

Steps

This setting is set by default but you can modify it by using the following solutions:

Solution A)

1. Open Outlook and go to Adobe PDF tab.
2. Click Change PDF Conversion Settings.
3. Go to the Settings tab and deselect Output Adobe PDF Portfolio when creating a new PDF file.

Solution B)

Modify this setting via Registry editor.

1. Open Registry Editor and navigate to this path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Acrobat\PDFMaker\<PRODUCT_VERSION>\Outlook\Settings\
2. Double Click OutputPC.

Possible Values of OutputPC are as follows:

00- Option is Deselected, which means that the output would be a PDF.

01- Option is Selected, which means that the output would be a PDF Portfolio.

Additional information

If the above-mentioned Registry Folder/Path does not exist on the machine, then, change PDFMaker conversion setting by following Solution A) and then recheck.
