Learn how to fix the incorrect structure error when moving PDF pages in Adobe Acrobat.
Acrobat may display ‘An incorrect structure was found in the PDF file’ error when you organize pages in a PDF file that contains corrupted elements or has structural issues caused by previous edits or incomplete saves.
Try the following steps to resolve the issue.

Select File > Create > Combine Files into a Single PDF.

Select Add Files, select the PDF that’s showing the error, and then select Add Files.

Select Combine. Acrobat creates a new file as Binder1.pdf.

Select File > Save As, type a new name for the file, and select Save.

Open the new file in Acrobat and select All tools > Edit pages > Organize pages.

Organize the pages in the file as required.
