Issue
When you print a PDF using network printer in Acrobat and go to the printer properties, you are unable to see the corresponding custom job codes for the selected printer.
Environment
- Windows 10
- Acrobat Pro
Cause
This issue happens because of insufficient rights on the selected network printer.
Resolution
Provide administrative rights to the network printer to see the corresponding job codes for that printer while printing in Acrobat or any other application.
Additional information
Printer properties are not controlled by Acrobat as they are the printer preferences specific to the selected printer while printing using any application including Acrobat.
