Completely Uninstall Breeze Presenter

Reason

Solution

1. Go to Control Panel>Add Remove Programs>Macromedia Breeze Presenter 5



2. Go into the registry editor (Start menu, select Run, then type "regedit").



Delete the registry keys:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Macromedia\Breeze

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Macromedia\Breeze



3. Navigate to the following folder:

C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Macromedia\



4. Rename the 'Producer' folder

Note: This will remove all the current themes and profiles for Breeze Presenter on your machine.If this does not help the issue rename the folder back to 'Producer' to recreate the removed themes.
