When a client logs into a Breeze Meeting using Mozilla Firefox and tries to download a file from the file share pod and the file name contains spaces, Mozilla Firefox will truncate the file name.
If the file name contains a space, Mozilla Firefox will use only the name up to the first white space. This is an issue with Mozilla Firefox.
There are several options to resolve this problem:
- Remove the spaces from the file name.
- Switch to using Internet Explorer.
- If you still want to use Mozilla Firefox, after you download the file, you will have to rename the file on your hard drive.
