Q: Why can't I access the Training or Events modules after I convert my Adobe Connect trial account to a paid account? 

A: When you purchase an entry level Adobe Connect monthly or pay-per-use service plan from the Connect Pro Central web application, the service plan includes Connect Meeting only. The plan does not include Connect Training or Connect Events.

Q: How can I retrieve the Training material I uploaded to my trial account?

A: Unfortunately, any Training material you created using your trial account was deleted when you converted to a monthly or pay-per-use service plan.
