Processing Rate means the sum of the fees charged by: (a) the Payment Processor (as defined in the applicable Product Specific Licensing Terms) as agreed between Customer and Payment Processor plus (b) any other fees for Payment Services as agreed between Customer and Adobe.

Total Payment Volume or TPV shall mean the total payment volume processed by Payment Processors through Payment Services less any chargebacks, refunds, return, and any other reversals.
