When you try to install an Adobe product update, you receive the following error message:"Please close the following applications to continue: - LogTransport2."
Solution 1: Restart the computer.
Solution 2: Manually close the LogTransport2 process.
- Right-click the taskbar and choose Task Manager.
- Find LogTransport2 in the Processes tab and click to select it.
- Click the End Task button.
In Windows 8, it may be necessary to click More Details to see all running processes.
