Error loading Apps panel on Windows 7


If you (as a standard user) install the Creative Cloud Desktop app on a Windows 7 computer and your admin has set UAC to Never Notify (as shown below), then the Apps panel will not load and will display a Page for Download error (as shown in the following screen shot):


To resolve this error, your admin will need to set UAC to Always Notify. For more details on UAC, see Guided Help: Adjust User Account Control settings in Windows 7 and Windows 8.
