Go to the following location in the machine
In Windows, C:\Users\UserName\Documents\Adobe\Premiere\12.0
OR
In Mac, Documents > Adobe > Premiere > 12.0
Rename the 12.0 folder to Old_12.0

When opening up a custom workspace created in Adobe Premiere CC 2018, the workspace does not launch and an empty workspace window appears.

Cause
This issue can be related to corrupted workspaces.
Resolution
To reset the settings, follow the steps below:

Launch Adobe Premiere and create a project. Do not open old projects.

In menu bar, Window > Workspace > Uncheck Import Workspace from Projects.

Open the old project & check the issue.
