Install Elements products purchased from Amazon | Student & Teacher Edition

Open your Amazon account.

Go to Your Orders, and select Order Details.

Select Go to your Software Library.

Note the product code. Your product code is required to retrieve your serial number. You are prompted to enter your serial number during the install. For future reference, select Print and save the PDF file on your device.

• For customers in North America region - Go to www.adobe.com/go/edu-validate, enter product code, and complete a student/teacher validation process.
• For customers outside North America region - Go to http://www.adobe.com/go/eduverify, enter product code, and complete a student/teacher verification.
  

Provide proof of your academic status by providing your valid academic email address or uploading documentation.

Note your serial number, as you'll need it during installation. Serial numbers are 24-digits and only contain numbers, no alpha characters.

Click the download URL provided in the identit-e email to begin downloading your product, and then follow the onscreen instructions. Once the installation is complete and the product opens, you are prompted to enter your serial number.

Select Activate now.

Enter the serial number to activate your Elements product, and select Next.
