Typing lag occurs in code view when temporary files in the registry editor are overloaded.

Quit the Dreamweaver application and press Windows + R on your keyboard.

Type regedit and click OK.

To view the temporary files, follow the given path:

To back up the temporary files, right click the Temp File List and click Export.

Delete the Temp File List folder and open Dreamweaver.
