Create and manage classroom galleries

Last updated on 15 February 2026

Learn how educators and students use classroom galleries in Adobe Express to collect and showcase student work from assignments.

Classroom galleries allow teachers and students to share work with everyone enrolled in a class, unless access is restricted. Teachers create and manage classroom galleries, while students contribute by submitting their own work.

Open Adobe Express and navigate to Classrooms.

Select Create gallery, then enter a name for the gallery.

Open the classroom gallery to view student work, which updates automatically when students submit or resubmit.

To add work to a gallery, open the gallery and select Add text, Generate image, or Add files.

To remove an item, open the gallery and remove the selected work.

To share a classroom gallery, publish a view-only link or share the gallery with specific classes.

Note
  • Teachers can manage gallery settings, control which classes can view or contribute, and add or remove items, while students can add or remove only their own submissions.
