1. Payment services for Adobe Commerce and Magento Open Source: On-demand Services
Licensing. Payment Services are licensed per Each.
DEFINITIONS
Interchange Fee means the interchange fee charged by the card-issuing bank, card network fees and bank foreign handling fees passed through to Customer at cost.
Processing Rate means the sum of the fees charged by the Payment Processor (as defined in the applicable Product Specific Licensing Terms): (a) for domestic transactions processed via advanced credit and debit credit payments with supported bank cards according to the processing rate identified in the Sales Order; plus (b) any fees for other services determined by the Payment Processor fee table disclosed in the Payment Processor Terms or as otherwise agreed to between Customer and Payment Processor.
Total Payment Volume or TPV shall mean the total payment volume processed by Payment Processors through Payment Services less any chargebacks, refunds, return, and any other reversals.
