Photoshop has greater functionality for Camera Raw editing than Photoshop Elements. Even when the same version of the Photoshop Camera Raw plug-in is installed, the Camera Raw dialog box shows different options in the two applications.
Key differences are that Photoshop includes additional tools, image adjustment tabs, and features within the workflow options dialog window. In each case, Photoshop Elements offers less functionality. Other minor differences in the Elements version include a Help button and the Open Image, Cancel, and Done buttons listed in a different order.
