Problem: Premiere Elements 13 crashes when you try to import files
On a Mac OS X 10.10.x computer, while using the Add Media window, when you attempt to import files from the Music, Photos, or Movies folders (Media section in the left panel), Premiere Elements 13 software crashes.
Solution
Install the Mac OS X 10.10.4 update to fix this issue.
