Is it possible to define a default agreement name and agreement message for every document being sent out using Adobe Sign app in SharePoint for all the users?

Answer

Every user can set up a personal template where the default agreement name and agreement message can be defined.

There is no functionality as of now where the system admin can set up a default template for all the users on one-click. Every user has to set up a personal template.
