Phone Verification FAQ for Adobe Stock Contributors

Beginning March 25th, 2025, we are introducing phone verification for new account creation. This simple step ensures your account remains secure and helps us confirm the authenticity of new Adobe Stock accounts.

To ensure the security of our platform and maintain our Account and Submission Guidelines., we’ve introduced phone verification for new Adobe Stock Contributor accounts.

As of March 25, 2025, Contributors are no longer allowed to create additional Adobe Stock Contributor accounts unless they have received written approval. If you are an existing Adobe Stock Contributor prior to this date with more than one account, no action is required.

Exceptions may be considered for certain Contributor businesses based on specific operational needs, however creating multiple accounts to inflate sales or bypass limits is not allowed. Duplicate or multiple accounts that violate this rule may result in account termination. 

To request an exception, please contact Adobe Stock Contributor Relations here and follow the below guidelines:

  • Select the main category: Account 

  • Select the subcategory: Multiple Account Approval Request

  • Fill out the message box providing details regarding why you would need to create another contributor account 

As long as multiple contributor accounts are not being used to submit similar or identical content or bypass upload limits, they will not be blocked. However, accounts violating these guidelines may result in termination.  

  • No, a mobile phone number is required for verification. Unfortunately, landlines are not supported for this verification process.

Adobe will only use your phone number for account security and verification purposes. It will not be shared publicly or used for marketing. This helps keep your account safe from unauthorized access.

No, this requirement only applies to accounts created after March 25, 2025.

If you change your phone number, you can easily update it in your Adobe account settings. Go to Manage account -> Account and security -> Account -> Account information and follow the steps to update your phone number.
