Upload limits
Sunrise has some limits on uploads beyond file format.
- A maximum of 10 meshes can be uploaded in a single operation.
- Each file in an upload can have a maximum file size of 500MB
- Note that large files will take longer for Sunrise to process, and are likely to experience performance issues in AR and Web 3D viewers.
- We recommend that the optimized file should be less than 3MB. If it is not, the asset will fail it's health check for AR and 3D content.
- File names cannot be longer than 50 characters. This limit does not include the full path to the file, only the file name itself.
