Issue: When you try to install a Creative Cloud application, the Windows Taskbar disappears.
Some users have also reported Windows becoming unresponsive and the screen going blank.
Solution
This issue occurs when more than one instance of Windows Explorer is open when you try to install software from the Creative Cloud. The following solutions help restore access to Windows Explorer.

- Press CTRL+ALT+DEL.
- In the Windows Task Manager, select File > New Task (Run).
- Enter explorer.exe C:\
- Press CTRL+ALT+DEL.

If the first solution does not work, restart the computer. Ensure that you save and close all documents on your computer before restarting it.

Run the Creative Cloud installer if it is not already running on your computer.
