You are eligible if you were a subscriber to a Creative Cloud app at any time between January 2019 and July 2025 and paid an early termination fee that, when combined with your monthly subscription fees, exceeded the cost of a month-to-month plan for the same period. This settlement is available only to U.S. customers.
All eligible customers were sent an email from Adobe at the email address associated with their Adobe account containing settlement details. If you believe you may be eligible but didn’t receive an email, check your spam folder.
Customers with an active subscription
If you received an email and have an active Adobe subscription, you don’t need to take any action to receive the benefit. Two free months have already been applied to each of your active subscriptions. You’ll see this reflected under Billing and Payment in the Your Plan section in your Adobe account within 72 hours of receiving the email.
Customers without an active subscription
If you’re an eligible former customer, you can redeem two months of free access using the link provided in the settlement email. No credit card is required, as Adobe is offering these two months at no charge. After the free period ends, your access will automatically expire unless you choose to begin a new subscription.
If you have an active subscription, your benefit has already been applied automatically to your account. If you’re a former customer without an active subscription, you must redeem your benefit by December 31, 2027.
No, after the two billing cycles that you’re being credited at no cost, billing will resume per your subscription terms.
If you paid for an annual subscription upfront, you’ll be credited two free months at your next renewal, and your annual renewal price will be prorated accordingly.
Eligible former customers can redeem their two free months at any time through December 31, 2027. Once you use the link provided in your email and select your preferred product, your two free months will start immediately.
No, two months are being provided to you at no cost by Adobe. When you redeem this benefit, you'll not be required to provide a credit card or subscription commitment.
If you have an active subscription, billing will resume according to your existing subscription terms at the end of your two free months.
If you are a former customer without an active subscription, access to your selected Adobe app will end automatically at the end of the two free months, unless you choose to start a new subscription to continue using it. You'll still be able to access your files. However, you'll no longer be able to edit them without an active subscription.
If you believe you’re eligible but no longer have access to the email address associated with your Adobe account during the benefit eligibility period, please contact Adobe Support for assistance.
