RESELLER TEAM - Acrobat XI Partner Assets

For previous launches, a Connect room was made available for partners to download Channel Assets (collateral, sales kits, etc) from. With the launch of the new Adobe Partner Connection (APC) portal, Channel assets will now be available from the APC portal (in place of a Connect room). As this is a change from our previous process, reseller partners may contact Adobe looking for the new location of these assets.

How to access the Acrobat XI Assets

Follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Adobe Partner Connection Portal using your Adobe ID. If you do not have an Adobe ID, you will need to create one.

2. Once you have logged into the partner portal, visit the “Recommended’ section and access the new ‘Channel Enablement Hub’ from there you will get ongoing updates on the Acrobat XI launch. The "Recommended" section in on the left side of the main page and can be expanded by clicking its arrow:

What if a Reseller does not have access to the portal?

All contacts associated with active Adobe Partner Connection Program (APC) accounts have access to the partner portal. The primary contact of your organization has already enrolled in APC, contact your Primary Contact to make sure you are added as a contact on your APC account. After being added, you will receive an email invitation that you must accept before your partner portal access will be activated. If you do not know who your companies ‘Primary Contact’ is, or if you need assistance, contact the Partner HelpDesk:

What is the support boundary for the Reseller Team?

The Reseller team can assist partners with the Acrobat XI Channel Assets by:

1. Educating the partner that the assets are located on the portal, and where they are.

2. Use the "browse as partner" functionality to confirm that the partner should be able to see the assets.
