Surfspot/Slim.nl is an educational partner in the Netherlands. They are provided with expiring serial numbers as part of their term licensing agreement.
If a customer contacts you and says that their serial number is no longer working, check in the SN Server tool to see if it's an expired serial number.
If yes, and if they purchased from Surfspot or Slim.nl, refer them to the reseller for assistance.
DO NOT reserialize these customers.
