From the Room menu
, select Preferences.Learn how to work with the virtual green room during an Adobe Connect session.
Broadcast control in Adobe Connect allows hosts and presenters to manage the visibility and audibility of their session to participants. It's used at the start of a session to ensure that all presenters are ready before going live. Broadcast control allows a virtual green room experience for hosts and presenters to communicate and test their equipment without participants seeing or hearing them. Once ready, the host can start the broadcast, making the session live for all participants. At the end of the session, the broadcast can be stopped, allowing presenters to debrief without participants hearing or seeing them.
The Broadcast control feature is available only on mobile app versions 3.6 and higher.
