Problem
Captivate crashes when:
- You apply a theme
- You launch the Preferences dialog box and the dialog box does not display the default styles.
- The Object Style Manager window comes up blank
Fix

Navigate to the folder eLearning Assets and rename the folder Layouts. For example, rename the folder to Layouts_Old.
- Windows: C:\Users\Public\Documents\Adobe\eLearning Assets
- Mac: Documents\My Adobe Captivate projects

Launch Adobe Captivate and check if the issue persists.
