Problem
In Captivate 9 running on Windows or Mac, you are unable to insert characters that you had downloaded from eLearning Brothers.
Windows
You must have Captivate 9 version 9.0.2.437 installed on your computer.
To check the version, click Help > About Adobe Captivate.
Fix

Download the hotfix for Mac and Windows using the steps below:
Mac
- Uninstall the previous installation of Adobe Captivate 9.
- Download the new build from the link, https://adobe.ly/2FyNRyS
- Unzip the downloaded file.
- Once downloaded run the dmg file to install the new build.
Windows 64-bit
- Ensure that you have Captivate 9.0.2.437 installed.
- Download the hotfix for Windows 64-bit from the link, https://adobe.ly/2DbAQ9c
- Unzip the downloaded file and install the update.

Launch Captivate and try downloading assets from eLearning Brothers.
