The contracts you upload to Cascade are securely stored in the Adobe Cloud storage infrastructure.
Upon upload, contracts are automatically processed by our contract intelligence AI models in the background to extract values for standard and custom attributes, which can be viewed in the right-hand pane when the processing is completed.

Adobe doesn’t access or review the contents of your contracts unless authorized by the customer for troubleshooting purposes.
We do not train our AI on any of the information contained in your contracts.
Adobe leverages AI to analyze contracts automatically, identifying and extracting pertinent information to populate standard and user-defined attributes or respond to user-submitted prompts.
Adobe also collects data regarding your use of the application to improve our products and services, regardless of whether you have opted out of data collection for non-Beta Versions. If you do not wish to have your usage tracked or Content analyzed, you must discontinue your use of the Beta Version by uninstalling it or utilizing a non-Beta Version of the Services and Software.
Any separate agreement we enter into with you governing the Beta Version will supersede these provisions.
