Forgotten password and cannot log in to ColdFusion administrator

As an Administrator, launch the command prompt.

Enter the following comamnds:

1. C:\>cd coldfusion2018
2. C:\>ColdFusion2018>cd cfusion
3. C:\>ColdFusion2018\cfusion>cd bin
   
4. C:\>ColdFusion2018\cfusion\bin>passwordreset.bat

Enter the following:

• 1: For changing Admin Password
• 2: For changing Admin Component (jetty)

Follow the on-screen prompts.

Restart ColdFusion service.
