Issue

Elements Organizer has quit unexpectedly.

Solution

Use the files in this link to replace the following files in the said locations:

These paths hold true if product is installed at default location. This may change if the product is installed at Custom location.

  1. Place ‘FaceDetectionCAFilter.dll’ at C:\Program Files\Adobe\Elements 2020 Organizer\CAFilters\
  2. Place ‘FaceAnalyzer.dll’ at C:\Program Files\Adobe\Elements 2020 Organizer\
  3. Place ‘frsdk-9.4.2.dll’ at C:\Program Files\Adobe\Elements 2020 Organizer\. Back up and delete ‘frsdk-9.4.0.dll’ from this folder. Ensure to backup the file before you delete it.
  4. Backup and delete ‘etc’ folder from C:\Program Files\Adobe\Elements 2020 Organizer\. Place the new shared ‘etc’ folder here. Ensure to backup the folder before you delete it.

The original application should stop crashing after these changes.
