Error during K-12 federated directory setup

This domain has been pre-registered during a classroom sign-up by a teacher in your school or school district.
What caused this error?
A teacher using your school domain has signed up to Adobe Express for K-12 and validated their credentials to use Adobe Express for classrooms. During this process, the domain was provisionally claimed in a temporary admin console.
How do I resolve this error?
Following the steps below, your users and their assets will be migrated to your admin console.

Admin Console > Support > Create Case.
- Contract - Select the contract that will begin with VIP
- Product - Adobe Express or Creative Cloud
- Priority - P3-Important
- Impact - Large
- Title - "Domain Claimed in a Classroom Console"

When trying to claim the domain for a federated directory, I receive this error:
This domain has been pre-registered during a classroom sign-up by a teacher in your school or school district. You can request a domain transfer to this Admin Console by contacting Adobe via the Support tab. - Contact Phone Number - Add your contact phone number
- Submit the ticket
NoteIf you don't have access to an admin console, please get in touch with k12us@adobe.com to request an Admin Console. In your email, include your school/district name and postal address.
You will then receive a VIP invitation.
Accept the Terms and Conditions in the invite to access the Adobe Admin Console.Accept the K-12 Adobe Express offer to enable enterprise support and create a support ticket.

An agent provides a call booking link to schedule a call
The agent will respond to the ticket with a link to book an online call. Please make sure your computer has speakers and a microphone or headset.

During the call, the agent will verify that you are a system admin of the domain
The agent will need to validate that you own the admin console and run some quick checks before migration.

The agent will perform the migration
The agent will then trigger the migration and keep you informed of the progress. This is usually less than ten minutes, depending on the number of users and assets.

The agent will confirm that the federated directory is configured and guide you through any user syncing requirement or setup enahncements
The agent will confirm the users are now available in your Admin Console and guide you through any additional configuration, for example, syncing with Azure or Google and setting up Rostering.
All users in your admin console will now have access to Adobe Express for K-12 free, and you can add Creative Cloud licenses that need to be purchased via a reseller.
