You would have received the redemption code in an automated email from AdobePartnerOffer.com. It is a 24-characters alphanumeric code that looks like ABC1-EFG2-HIJ3-KLM3-NOP4-QRS5-TUV6.

Learn how to use a redemption code to activate Adobe FrameMaker subscription, and download and install FrameMaker.
If you have received a redemption code for Adobe FrameMaker subscription, you need to redeem this code before you can start using FrameMaker.
Redeem your FrameMaker subscription code

Sign in or create an Adobe ID.
Note:Learn how to create an Adobe ID.
Note:- Your FrameMaker subscription is uniquely tied to your Adobe ID.
- If you have requested access for two different products, this redemption process must be repeated twice, once for each product.

Enter the redemption code, and then click Redeem code.

Click Remind me later.
Note:Your FrameMaker redemption code is now successfully redeemed and is uniquely tied to your Adobe ID. To access FrameMaker, simply sign into the product with the same Adobe ID.

Click Get started.
Download and install Adobe FrameMaker

Visit the FrameMaker download page.

Select the latest version of FrameMaker.

Click Proceed to Download.
Note:It may take around 20 minutes to download the .zip file, depending on the speed of your Internet connection.

Once the .zip file is downloaded, use any ZIP utility tool to extract the contents of the .zip file.

Open the folder where the .zip file content is extracted and double-click Setup.exe or AdobeSetup.exe to start the installation process.

Once the installation is complete, launch the product and sign in with the same Adobe ID used for redeeming your code.

Follow the Adobe ID sign in prompts and click Continue.
FrameMaker is now ready to use.
