Issue

After applying 2024.1 update, the hub application for Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Swedish, Czech, and Polish might get launched in the English locale for ARM machines.

Workaround

You would need to manually run the downloaded LBS (PremiereElements_2024_MacLBS.dmg) installer file over the updated app, and Hub would be changed to the native locale.
