Issue
On a Windows system, when you are trying to apply an online template on a photo collage, you get the following error message:
Could not complete your request because the file could not be found.
Reason
This error occurs when the Internet connection is lost while downloading an online template.
Workaround
Delete the following files:
- C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\17.0\ThumbDatabase.db3
- C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\17.0\Locale\MediaDatabase.db3
Launch Photoshop Elements.
