Discontinuation of Elements Mobile and Web beta Apps: What you need to know
As part of Adobe’s ongoing commitment to delivering innovative and high-impact creative solutions, we have made the decision to discontinue the beta versions of the Elements mobile and web apps. This change allows us to focus our resources on enhancing the core capabilities of Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements.
Effective immediately, the mobile and web beta apps will no longer be supported. The mobile beta apps will be removed from all app stores on October 1, 2025, and the web beta app will no longer be accessible starting January 31, 2026. We understand that transitions can raise questions, and our customer support team is here to help with any concerns related to this change.
We remain deeply committed to the Elements product line and continue to add new and exciting features to Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements.

Below are answers to some frequently asked questions to help you navigate this transition smoothly.
- iOS Mobile App: The Elements iOS mobile app will continue to function until the current build expires. As per Apple’s TestFlight guidelines, beta builds expire automatically every 90 days.
- Android Mobile App: The Elements Android app will remain functional on your device until manually uninstalled. However, it is no longer available on the Google Play Store, and reinstallation will not be possible once removed.

Media files uploaded to Elements mobile & web beta apps are accessible via the Elements Photos folder.
Deleted files can be recovered for up to 30 days, in accordance with Adobe’s file storage quote page.
Many of the core features available in the Elements mobile and web beta apps are already part of our desktop offerings. We encourage you to explore Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements for a robust and enhanced creative experience. For mobile workflows, Adobe offers a range of apps such as Photoshop, Lightroom, and Adobe Express, depending on your creative needs.
No further feature updates will be provided for the apps.
